Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn boots back in their original branded shoebox and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer or outer box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized Australian Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
